URIAH POPP
FOUNDER & CEO
6:8 Medical Solutions
Retired U.S. Army Command Sergeant Major | Special Missions Unit Medic | Medical Innovator After 23 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Army, Uriah Popp founded 6:8 Medical Solutions with one mission: to challenge conventional thinking and advance lifesaving medical technology. From emergency rooms and conventional Army medicine to elite Special Operations units and senior military medical leadership, Uriah spent his career operating in environments where seconds mattered and equipment failure was not an option. His experiences across 11 deployments, developing the US Army’s first Prolonged Field Care Training Program, the Delayed Evacuation Casualty Management (DECM) Program, and serving in senior leadership roles for the Defense Health Agency overseeing one of the flagship U.S. Army medical centers provided a unique perspective on the challenges facing modern trauma care. These experiences exposed critical gaps in existing medical equipment and inspired a relentless pursuit of better solutions.
Drawing on decades of operational, clinical, and medical innovation experience, Uriah established 6:8 Medical Solutions to develop practical, purpose-built technologies that address real-world challenges faced by military personnel, first responders, and healthcare professionals. Today, 6:8 Medical Solutions is a Veteran-Owned and Operated Small Business, bringing innovative medical technologies to professionals in more than 30 countries. Built on Experience. Driven by Innovation. Because Every Second Matters.
