The Critical Difference
Traditional rigid evacuation stretchers impose severe weight penalties and bulky footprints, often forcing fast-moving tactical units to abandon stretchers altogether. When a casualty occurs, responders are left relying on improvised soft litters that lack structural rigidity, making casualty movement difficult over rough terrain and increasing risk during prolonged field care.
The BLACKLite® Composite Tactical Litter bridges this critical gap as the world's lightest rigid casualty evacuation platform. Weighing just 5.5 lbs (2.5 kg)—3× lighter than a standard NATO rigid litter—it utilizes aerospace-grade carbon fiber telescopic poles and a high-strength Cordura® canvas bed to support full combat loadouts up to 330 lbs (150 kg).

- Slow Assembly Under Fire: Deploys and locks ready for patient loading in approximately 30 seconds without tools or loose parts.
- Environmental Jamming & Corrosion: Engineered with anti-rotation, sand-, dirt-, and ice-resistant sliding mechanisms with complete corrosion immunity.
