The Critical Difference
Severe hemorrhagic shock rapidly depletes central blood volume, leading to organ failure and cardiovascular collapse before fluid resuscitations or blood products can be administered. Legacy solutions like traditional MAST trousers were bulky, complex to apply, and posed severe clinical risks due to rapid pressure drops upon removal.
The HemaShock® Emergency Auto Transfusion Device represents the modern evolution of non-invasive auto-transfusion. Utilizing high-efficiency circumferential compression with internal stainless steel springs, HemaShock rapidly rolls up the lower extremities to shunt up to 500mL of autologous blood per limb toward the core, instantly supporting vital organ perfusion.
