The Critical Difference
Traditional rigid litters present severe storage and weight challenges, making them impractical to carry during foot patrols or in space-constrained medical packs. Furthermore, standard soft poleless litters offer zero thermal protection against cold ground and restrict access to the casualty's back or core once secured.
The Lite Fighter™ Poleless Litter (SKU: LFPL-XX) by 6:8 Medical Solutions delivers a lightweight, ultra-compact casualty transport solution without the bulk. Constructed from heavy-duty ripstop nylon, it incorporates an integrated 75g heat-reflective insulated center pad and a hook-and-loop center opening for ongoing patient access during movement.
The Problems We Solved:
- Rigid Litter Bulk & Weight: Rolls into a compact 12" x 5" package featuring integrated MOLLE and plate-hanger attachments.
- Conduits for Ground Hypothermia: 75g heat-reflective insulated center pad acts as a barrier against cold, damp terrain.
- Restricted Patient Access: Unique hook-and-loop center opening enables medical assessment and treatment while casualty is secured.
- Unstable Multi-Rescuer Movement: Equipped with 8 heavy-duty carry handles and 3 securing straps to stabilize patient load during evacuation.
Ideal for tactical medics, CASEVAC operations, EMS, Search and Rescue (SAR), law enforcement medical teams, and remote/austere field kits where space and rapid deployment are priority requirements.

REVIEWS.
"The design feels intentional for the moment when seconds matter."
In the field, packaging matters as much as performance. 6:8 Medical products open fast, deploy cleanly, and don’t fight you when seconds count. The indexing and tear features are clearly designed by people who understand real-world EMS chaos—not just a lab environment.
